Returns & Refunds
What can be returned, and how.

Merch (tees, hats, mugs & more)
You may return unworn, unwashed merch in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and items are returned by mail. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we’ll send instructions.
Digital downloads (eBook & patterns)
Because they’re delivered instantly and can’t be returned, the Making Memories Huggable eBook and downloadable patterns are non-refundable. If your download link ever fails or you have trouble accessing your file, reach out — we’ll get it to you.
Custom memory quilts
The reservation deposit is non-refundable — it secures your spot on Lala’s calendar and is applied toward the final cost of your quilt. Because each quilt is made by hand from your own clothing, finished custom quilts can’t be returned.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace it or make it right at no cost to you.
