Shipping Policy
How and when your order ships.
Rates and times below reflect our current Shopify checkout. Live shipping options and the exact total are always confirmed at checkout.

Where we ship from
Physical orders are packed and shipped from our studio in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We ship across the United States and internationally.
Handling time
Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Busy seasons or custom work can take a little longer — we’ll always let you know if so.
United States rates & delivery
- Free shipping on U.S. orders $50 and up (Economy, 5–8 business days).
- Economy — from $4.90 for lighter items (up to 5 lb), 5–8 business days. Heavier orders (5–70 lb) ship at $19.90.
- Standard — $6.90 (up to 1 lb) or $9.90 (1–5 lb), 3–4 business days.
Delivery estimates are business days in the carrier’s hands and don’t include the handling time above.
International
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. International rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Digital products
The Making Memories Huggable eBook and downloadable patterns are delivered by email right after checkout — nothing is physically shipped, and no shipping charge applies.
Order issues
If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
