Welcome to Lala Sewz. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lalasewz.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Lala Sewz is operated by Lauryn “Lala” Martin in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Orders & pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We do our best to keep product details and availability accurate, but errors can happen; if we find an error in a price or description on your order, we’ll contact you before charging or shipping. All orders are subject to acceptance, and payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout.

Custom memory quilts

Custom quilts are made to order from the clothing you provide. A non-refundable reservation deposit secures your place on Lala’s calendar and is applied toward your final balance. You’re responsible for sending your items and any details we need to complete your quilt. Because each quilt is handmade from your own clothing, finished custom quilts can’t be returned. Timelines are estimates and can vary with the season and the project.

Digital products & license

The Making Memories Huggable eBook and downloadable patterns are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or reproduce them for others. See our License for full details. Digital products are delivered by email after checkout and are non-refundable.

Shipping & returns

Shipping and returns are covered in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Lala Sewz name and logo, text, photos, videos, patterns, designs, and the Making Memories Huggable method — is the property of Lala Sewz and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use it without our written permission.

Your submissions

If you send us photos, reviews, or other content (for example, tagging us or submitting a review), you give Lala Sewz permission to use and display it to showcase our work and community. You confirm you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use & safety

Please use the site lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt it, misuse our content, or impersonate Lala Sewz. For your safety: Lala Sewz will never ask for payment through social-media direct messages. Orders and payments happen only here on lalasewz.com through secure Shopify checkout.

Disclaimers

The site and our products are provided “as is.” We create our quilts, guides, and patterns with great care, but we can’t guarantee specific results from following our tutorials or patterns.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lala Sewz is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
