When books are open, reserve your quilt through the official website. A deposit secures your spot and is applied to your final balance.

Tell Lala your story
After you reserve, you’ll get an email from Lala asking your quilt type and size. She also loves to know the story behind the clothes.

Gather & ship
You’ll get a personalized checklist: what to send, what to keep, how to pack, and where to ship. Never send irreplaceable items before receiving instructions.

Lala designs & sews
Every piece is laid out by hand and sewn one at a time. Clothing is cut as part of the process, and exact layouts can’t be duplicated — each quilt is truly one of a kind.

Final payment
When your quilt is finished, you’ll receive a secure invoice for the remaining balance and shipping.

Hug your memories
Your quilt ships home with a care guide — ready to be used, loved, and passed down for generations.
